Which countries does Repeat Cashmere deliver to?
At the moment we deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs € 4.95, regardless of the weight of your order.
Can I have my order delivered somewhere else?
Yes, of course. You can give another delivery address when you register, such as your work address or family or friends. We will then deliver your order to that address.
Do I have to pay for a partial order in advance?
Yes, we deliver each shipment after payment has been received. That applies to partial orders as well.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a partial order?
No, we charge no extra shipping costs for partial orders.
Can I exchange a partial order?
Yes, you can exchange an order for another colour or size, provided it is available and in stock and as soon as we receive and accept the goods that you have returned. If the article is not in stock, we regret that it cannot be exchanged. The first exchange is free; we charge you for the shipping costs for each subsequent exchange.
May I return my order?
Yes. All articles you order from Repeat Cashmere are covered by the Distance Selling Contract. You may return your order within 14 days without giving reasons. After 14 days the sale is then irrevocable.
Do I have to pay the shipping costs when returning my order?
No, returned orders do not attract charges, provided that you use the offered service. Please notify us of a return order by calling +31 (0) 24 820 0035. We will immediately arrange a date and location for DPD to pick up the return order.
When can I expect my refund for returning my order?
We will return the invoice amount as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days. We will credit it to the bank account from which you made the original payment.
Can I exchange the goods I ordered for other goods?
Yes, that is possible within 14 days. You can exchange the goods you ordered for another size and/or colour if it is in stock and when we have received the goods you returned. If the article concerned is not in stock, your exchange order will automatically become a return order. We will then return the price of your purchase less the shipping charges within 30 days.
Do you pay the shipping costs if I exchange my order?
Provided you are exchanging your order for the first time, you pay nothing. If you exchange the article once again or several times, you will be required to pay the shipping charges.
How can I shop online with Repeat Cashmere?
To process your orders properly, we need your personal details. This is why we request you to register as a customer. Once you receive a personal log-in name and password during the registration process, you can be assured that your personal details are inaccessible to third parties.
Where can I add the Giftcard Code or Promotion Code (if I have one).
You can add this in your Shoppingbag.
Why do I have to log in if I am a customer?
You can only place an order if you are logged in. This way, we always have your personal details, which allows us to process your order and you are able to make your purchase in a secure environment.
How can I log in to my account?
You can log in by pressing the "Log in" button in the e-Shop. You will find this button on the right of the page in the horizontal navigation bar.
How can I change my personal details?
You can change your personal details by using the "Change" button next to your details.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting a product. When you are on the products page, select first the right colour and then the size. Then click the button "Add to shopping bag". The shopping bag takes you to the checkout. After you have checked your entry and completed the payment process, your order will be accepted.
How do I know that I have selected the right sizes of goods?
The product page contains a link to a measurements table. This page also contains information on the measurements you require
Is the colour shown exactly the same colour of the article I order?
The colour of the product you order may vary slightly from that of the article displayed on the website. This is due to the colour reproduction capability of your monitor. The manner in which a monitor reproduces colours depends on the brand and the quality of the monitor. We cannot reproduce the colour exactly.
Can I save my wishlist?
Yes, of course. The articles you place on your wish-list will be kept there.
Can I cancel an order?
We normally deliver within one working day, so it is not possible to cancel an order. However, the Distance Selling Contract states that you may return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.
Which payment methods can I use in Repeat Cashmere's e-SHOP?
In Repeat Cahsmere's e-Shop you can pay using the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Mr Cash (Belgium) Giropay (Germany) iDeal (The Netherlands). As soon as your payment has been accepted by our Payment Service Provider, your order is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation of your order via email.
Is payment by internet secure?
Payment via internet is as secure as internet banking. Repeat Cashmere uses the same protocols and security measures that banks do.
Can I have an order gift-wrapped?
Gift-wrapping is standard at Repeat Cashmere. Each order in our e-Shop is sent in luxury wrapping.
Can I wash cashmere goods myself?
Yes, you can was cashmere yourself by hand.
How must cashmere goods be treated and washed?
Use a special cashmere shampoo or a small piece of curd soap. Rinse the item of clothing with cold-to-lukewarm water and wring it out carefully. Always lie it on a flat surface to dry out.
Can I cancel the newsletter as well?
Yes, you can. Whenever you are logged on to our website, you can select "Cancel Newsletter" in your personal data.
