Exchanging Goods

It goes without saying that you can exchange goods at no cost. The exchange can be made for another size or colour provided the article is in stock and we have received the goods you have returned. If the desired article is not available, we regret that no exchange will be possible. In this case we will reimburse you with the cost of your purchase within 30 days. It's not possible to exchange an article for a different article.

If you wish to exchange an article, please make sure that:

  • you send it back within 14 days after receiving it.
  • you return the invoice and mark on it which article you are returning
  • the article concerned is undamaged and has not been washed
  • the original labels are still attached to the clothing
  • the "return hangtag" is still attached to the clothing.

You can exchange your order free of charge once only. However, we must charge shipping charges for all further exchanges.

Exchanges through Kiala:

For a return you can use the return service from Kiala. Put the items you want to exchange with the return form in one package. You can use the original packaging. Affix the supplied return label on the box and send your package through a Kiala service point. For your nearest Kiala point check www.kiala.nl

Exchanges through DPD:

As soon as you have informed us that you wish to exchange your order, we will arrange a date and address with you on which our partner DPD will pick up the returned goods from you. This is free of charge.

Returns

Purchases made in the Repeat Cashmere e-SHOP are covered by the Distance Selling Contract. This means that you can send your purchase back within 14 days after you have taken delivery of it without giving reasons. This is free of charge. After 14 days your purchase will be concluded irrevocably.

If you wish to exchange an article, please make sure that:

  • you send it back within 14 days after receiving it.
  • you return the invoice and mark on it which article you are returning

Returning an order is free of charge, provided that you use the offered services. You only pay the original shipping costs of the order. We will rebook the amount of the purchase except the shipping charges to your account as quickly as possible but no later than 30 days. You will be reimbursed the sum of money that you used to pay for your order.
