Service

Repeat Cashmere currently delivers to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria. Shipping costs are € 4.95, regardless of the weight of your order. An order may be combined with a special sales promotion. All prices are in euros, inclusive VAT and are exclusive of shipping charges. The goods are shipped by our partner DPD (www.dpd.com).

If you place your order before 4.00 pm, you will receive the goods immediately the next day. We are dependent on DPD, so unforeseen circumstances may mean that shipping takes longer than expected. If you wish to ensure that your order is delivered the following day, you can select our express service for an extra charge. This extra service guarantees that your order will be delivered by 6.00 pm the following day.

If you are not at home during the day, that will not be a problem. We will deliver your order wherever you want. In this case it is important that you give the right address when placing the order.

Please note it's not possible to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box.

If you select our COD delivery you can pay your order to the driver upon delivery, this way you don't have to pay up front. You pay the standard shipping costs plus a surcharge of € 12,50 per order. COD deliveries are only possible for shipments within the Netherlands with the exception of the following places: Marken, Vlieland, Terschelling, Ameland, Schiermonnikoog and Texel.
