HOW TO SHOP
To make your shopping experience at REPEAT cashmere more enjoyable, we created a short step by step guide on our shopping process.
Step 1: Select your favourite articles
- Browse to find your favourite article in your preferred colour and select your size.
- Then, click the button "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" which adds the selected item to your shopping bag.
- In your shopping bag, press "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to select your next item or press "CHECK OUT" to finalise your order.
Step 2: Enter your personal information
- To be able to ship your order, we'll ask you to enter your address details.
- After completing your invoice and shipping address, you're requested to select a payment method (please click here for an overview of the available payment methods).
- To make the checkout process more convenient during your next visit, we advise you to create an account so all your invoice and shipping details are already pre-filled during the checkout process. You can create an account by checking the option "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" for later use, followed by entering identical passwords of at least 6 characters in the designated password fields.
- To complete this step, you only have to agree with our general terms and conditions, which can be done by checking the checkbox "I agree with the Terms and Conditions", followed by pressing the "PURCHASE" button.
Step 3: Enter your payment information
- In the final step, you'll be referred to our payment provider Adyen (in case you pay by credit card) or to the website of your bank (in case of payment via iDeal).
- On this page, you can enter all details which are required to process your payment. All your payment details will be transmitted via an encrypted SSL connection and can't be read by a third party. Your payment details are also not saved by REPEAT cashmere.
- Upon reception of your payment, we will send you an order confirmation by email. In this order confirmation, we will include a summary of your order as well as an estimated shipping time. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll provide you with a tracking number to follow the status of the delivery of your package.
