Return Costs
A return fee will be deducted from your refund.

START RETURN Follow below instructions if you wish to return (part of) your order :
Article(s) can only be returned within 14 days after receipt. 
Print the return form and include it inside your return parcel. 
The item you wish to return is undamaged and has not been worn or washed.

Pick-up of your return parcel at home or drop off at a service point.
STEP 1.

STEP 2.
Print all the required documents, affix your shipping label to your parcel and prepare your parcel for shipping. Please make sure you include your return document in the parcel. Returns without return form will unfortunately not be accepted.
STEP 3.
Drop off your package at a service point or schedule a pick-up.
Deductions and Promotional Conditions
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund, depending on your country of return.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping based on a minimum purchase amount and this threshold is no longer met after the return, the original outbound delivery fee may be deducted from your refund.
- If your order included free gifts or discounted promotional items that were conditional upon meeting a minimum purchase amount, these benefits no longer apply if that threshold is no longer met.
- Free gifts must be returned; otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
- Discounted items may be repriced at their original retail price, and the price difference will be deducted from the refund.
