It goes without saying that you can return (part of) your order within 14 days upon receiving your parcel.
If you wish to return (part of) your order, please make sure that:
- - you return it within 14 days after receiving it
- - you return the invoice and indicate which article(s) you are returning
- - the article concerned is undamaged and has not been washed
- - the original labels are still attached to the clothing
Return through DPD or DHL Pick-up

As soon as you have informed us that you wish to return your order, we will arrange a date and address with you on which our partner DPD or DHL (Italy, Sweden, Finland) will pick up the returned goods from your home/office address. This is free of charge.
Return through a DPD Parcel Shop or DHL Express service point
Return through a DPD service point
Each parcel contains a return label which you can use to return your shipment to us via a DPD Parcel Shop. To return your parcel, attach the left half of return label to your parcel and drop it off at the DPD Parcel Shop of your choice. At the DPD Parcel Shop the parcel will be scanned and you keep the right half of your return label with the tracking number as proof of posting. We advise you to keep your proof of posting (the right half of your return label) in order to follow the status of your return. Find your nearest DPD Parcel Shop.
In case your parcel does not contain a return label, please contact us via our contact form, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling + 44 (0)20 8068 1984. We will then send you your return label by email.
Return through DHL Express service point (Finland, Sweden Italy)
To request a return label for returning the parcel via a DHL Express service point, please contact our customer service via our contact form or send us an email at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)20 8068 1984. We will then send you a return label by email.
Upon receipt of your return label, please print it and attach it to your parcel. Please fill in the cancellation form and put it in the parcel. You do not need to attach/include any further documents.
To locate your nearest DHL Express service point, please visit https://locator.dhl.com/. Please note that only DHL Express service points and no DHL service points will accept the return label. In the DHL Express service point, your parcel will be scanned and you’ll receive a proof of shipment. We recommend that you keep the proof of shipment to keep track of the status of your return shipment.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Repeat Fashion B.V., Noorderdreef 68, 2153 LL Nieuw-Vennep, The Netherlands, to be reached by phone at +44 (0)20 8068 1984 or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We will collect the goods and we will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
REPEAT cashmere offers a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience more enjoyable. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
